Hi, I’m Beni Magyar. I am a Personal Trainer at Flex Fitness

I help people transform their bodies and their confidence by making fitness approachable, effective, and yes — even fun.

My specialties include weightlifting, cardio programming, nutrition and diet coaching, as well as mobility and flexibility training to keep you moving your best. Whether you’re brand new to the gym or chasing your next personal record, I’ll create a plan that fits your goals, your lifestyle, and your personality.

With the right mix of knowledge, encouragement, and energy, I’ll make sure the gym feels less intimidating and a lot more exciting.
