ABOUT Elemental Fit Meals

Nicole has been a chef for over 20 years and graduated from Cordon Bleu in 2000. She’s been working in restaurants of all varieties throughout the years, from steakhouses to bougie Cafe’s. She started meal prepping for herself first and training at a pro-MMA gym and noticed a lot of the pro fighters were not eating properly when she was there, so she started making meals for them and it turned into the business she has now. Elemental has been around for since 2014 but it’s been live websites since 2019. She has a nutrition degree and takes approachable food that people recognize and turns them into whole meals.

We have over 20 items to choose from weekly, and the menu is constantly rotating. People can order a la carte or subscription and the meals are delivered every Monday. They can be delivered to the home or delivered straight to the gym

For subscriptions customers fill out a preference sheet and then orders are designed around their wants and then delivered to desired location.

General price ranges from $14 a meal to $16 a meal.

FAQs

Does elemental fit meals use organic products?

We source organic whenever possible, but we are not 100% organic.

How long will my meals stay good in the freezer?

Upon receiving, your meals will be frozen. Place them in your freezer immediately. The meals will stay good in the freezer for 30 days. * do not thaw and refreeze your meals, this will damage the quality of the meals.

How long will my meals stay fresh in the refrigerator once they are thawed?

All of our meals are prepared fresh and then frozen the same day. Once thawed, they will stay fresh for 5 days in the refrigerator.

Are the containers oven safe?

All of our containers are microwave and dishwasher safe, as well as bpa free. The containers are not oven safe.

How long do I reheat my frozen meals in the microwave?

Heating does vary by different make/models of microwaves, but typically we suggest heating 4-8 minutes from frozen.

How long do I reheat completely thawed meals in the microwave?

Heating does vary by different make/models of microwaves, but we typically suggest 2-4 minutes, depending on how hot you like your food.

Can I reheat my meals in the oven or on the stovetop?

Yes! 1. Only reheat completely thawed meals in oven or stovetop. 2. Remove from container, the containers are not oven safe! 3. Preheat oven to 350, heat meal for 15-20 minutes. 4. Stovetop, heat 5-8 minutes on medium heat.

Do you deliver in my area?

We are currently servicing orange county. If you believe that you are outside our current delivery area, please contact nicci@elementalfitmeals.com

What do I do with my reusable bag and ice packs?

Please leave your bag outside where the delivery driver can access it. If you are on a subscription based plan and you do not return the bags & ice packs before your subscription ends, there will be a fee of $10 per bag & ice pack set.
